Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped. Tracking updates will be available through that email or through your order history on the website. For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.
What are my shipping options?
We have a lot of shipping options. You can overnight something if you need, or go the slow ground route if it isn’t a rush.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipment usually arrives within 7-14 days, depending on location.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on what shipping you choose, it can be anywhere from 1-7 days.
Where does my order ship from?
Everything ships from Blue Jay or Crestline, CA USA.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
